Flexible Design 

The design of a Group Long term Care Plan includes a great deal of flexibility. You can select a base plan for all employees, or carve out one group, such as Executives and Management, to receive an employer-paid plan and give the remaining employees an option to purchase voluntary coverage. The plan can include optional riders from which the eligible employees can pick and choose, such as Inflation Protection or Limited Payment Options.  There are Guaranteed Issue benefits for employees, and coverage can be offered to spouses and other family members with a brief underwriting questionnaire. 

The Home Health Care benefits can equal the Nursing Home Care or be a lesser percentage. Inflation riders, which must be offered in Hawaii, can be included in the base plan offered as an option. The inflation can be on a automatic built-in basis or purchased at regular intervals.
